Your Personalised Plan
Before training begins, we build your full program around your goals, schedule, fitness level, equipment, nutrition habits, and recovery routine. Everything is customised - there are no templates here.

Coaching Begins
Your program goes live in the app. Sessions start, check-ins kick in, and your coach is available throughout. You'll have accountability, education, and support - without needing to leave your suburb.

If you're in the Diamond Creek area and prefer hands-on, face-to-face coaching, our Personal Training program might be a better fit. Both options use the same coaching methods, the same 5-pillar approach, and the same level of accountability - it just depends on your location, schedule, and personal preference.

We've got answers.
Do I need prior experience?
Not at all. All programs are beginner-friendly and scaled to exactly where you're at right now. Most of our clients have never followed a structured training program before.
What Equipment do I need?
That depends on where you're training. If you have gym access, we'll build your program around the equipment there. If you're training at home, we'll work with whatever you have - even bodyweight only. Just let Sammy know in your intake forms.
How do check-ins work?
Fortnightly check-ins happen through the coaching app - you'll fill in a short progress form and your coach will respond with feedback, adjustments, and encouragement. Monthly Zoom calls are also available if you'd like extra support.
What if I have a bad week?
That's part of life - and it's exactly what your coach is there for. You'll have direct messaging access to Sammy throughout your program. No shame, no judgment, just support and a practical plan to get back on track.
How long until I see results?
Most clients notice improvements in strength, energy and confidence within 4–6 weeks. Visible physical changes typically become clear from 8–12 weeks with consistency.
How many days a week do I need to train?
Most clients train 2–4 times per week. Your program is built around what's realistic for your schedule - not an idealistic timetable.
Can I train if I have injuries or health issues?
Yes. Every program is adapted to your individual needs. Your coach works collaboratively with your health professionals where needed, and all exercises can be modified for injuries or limitations.
Is there a lock-in contract?
All programs run for a minimum of 12 weeks. They're flexible and designed around your life - chat with Sammy about the arrangement that suits your situation.
Do you offer in-person training too?
Yes! If you're in the Diamond Creek area and prefer face-to-face coaching, check out our Personal Training program at Anytime Fitness Diamond Creek. We can also do one off sessions at an additional cost to your online coaching program.
