Your Program (40-45 min)
Coach Sammy works through your session with you - cueing your technique, adjusting load, and making sure every exercise feels right for your body. No guessing. No wasted sets.

Cool-Down & Reflection (5–10 min)
We finish with a cool-down and a quick recap - what went well, what to focus on before next time, and any adjustments to your program or nutrition goals.

Between Sessions
You'll have access to your program and habit tracker in the coaching app, plus ongoing support from Sammy via message whenever you need it as well as our community group.

Your Kickstart Session is a relaxed, beginner-friendly introduction to coaching. We'll do a movement assessment, talk through your goals, and guide you through a short workout so you can experience the coaching style firsthand - no pressure, no commitment.

Your Personalised Lifestyle Plan
Before hands on training officially begins, in your first session we take your photos and measurements and build your full lifestyle plan around your goals, schedule, fitness level, nutrition habits, recovery, and routine. Structure inside the gym and out.

Training Begins
Your coaching journey starts. Sessions, accountability, habit tracking, check-ins, and progress reviews - all designed to help you build results that actually stick.

Training remotely or prefer flexibility?

If getting to the gym in person doesn't work for your schedule, our Online Coaching program delivers the same tailored programs, nutrition support, and accountability - from anywhere in Australia. Train at your local gym, at home, or wherever life takes you.

Do I need prior experience?
Not at all. All programs are beginner-friendly and scaled to exactly where you're at right now. Most of our clients have never trained before, or are returning after a long break.

How long before I see results?
Most clients notice improvements in strength, energy and confidence within 4-6 weeks. Visible physical changes typically become clear from 8-12 weeks with consistency.

How many days a week do I need to train?
Most clients train 2-4 times per week. Your program is built around what's actually realistic for your schedule, not an idealistic timetable.

Can I train if I have injuries or health issues?
Yes. Every program is adapted to your individual needs with safe, controlled exercises. Your coach works collaboratively with your health professionals where needed.

What if I feel nervous about starting?
That's completely normal - and honestly, most of our clients felt the same way before their first session. Our environment is supportive, beginner-friendly, and focused on helping you feel comfortable and confident from day one.


Where are face-to-face sessions held?
B.Evolved operates out of Anytime Fitness Diamond Creek, 75–77 Main Hurstbridge Rd, Diamond Creek VIC 3089. An Anytime Fitness membership or casual gym use fee is required for ongoing in-person sessions.

Is there a lock-in contract?
All programs are for a minimum of 12 weeks. Programs are flexible and designed around your life. Chat with Sammy about the arrangement that suits your situation.

Do you offer online coaching too?
Yes! If in-person training doesn't suit your schedule or location, check out our Online Coaching program - the same methods and accountability, delivered remotely.
